For as long as I can remember, I’ve found solace in sound. As a child, I would obsessively make mixtapes and was often seen with earphones firmly plugged into my ears. Over time, this love of sound evolved into a passion that shaped my professional life. I became a professional singer and continue to DJ, so it was only natural that I would eventually merge my experience as a lover and creator of sound with my work as a massage therapist.
I started by crafting unique soundscapes to accompany my treatments—aural landscapes composed of ambient music, natural sounds, and field recordings, creating a place for the mind to wander. This was the beginning of my Meanderscapes. The tangible results and the overwhelmingly positive feedback from my clients sparked a deeper interest in therapeutic sound and the profound ways frequency can impact the body and mind. This curiosity led me to formally study sound therapy, and today, I integrate it into all of my massage treatments.
In addition to my one-on-one sessions, I offer regular group sound bath sessions. Some take a traditional approach, while others reflect my signature Meanderscapes, where I create immersive, transformative sonic journeys. These sessions weave together ambient music, field recordings, singing bowls, and percussion, resulting in expansive soundscapes designed to relax, restore, and inspire.
